2-Wire
Jetphone
The ICG JetPhone 2-Wire model is a rugged
and feature rich handset installed
frequently in general aviation applications.
This device has a standard “Tip
and
Ring” telephone circuit permitting
connection to CTU systems or direct transceiver
connections. It operates on12- to 28-volt
DC power, provided either by the aircraft
or CTU. It is typically installed as the
flight deck telephone because of it’s
positive
latching cradle and lit dialer pad, often
preferred by pilots. Features such as
last
number redial, speed dialing, flash transfer,
hold, mute, noise reduction microphone,
etc. make it particularly useful and convenient
as a flight deck handset.
