AeroRouter
700
The AeroRouter 700 is a complete, self-contained
router and data transmission
system designed for Aeronautical applications.
Individual users can have network
access to each other (peer-to-peer) and
Internet/Intranet access via satellite
when
service is available. A printer connected
via Ethernet connection can be shared
with all cabin users. Client PCs can utilize
any operating system that supports
DHCP. The AeroRouter 700 is a small, 2-MCU
package with standard Arinc 600
connector making it a true Line Replaceable
Unit (LRU). Included in the package
is a Euro ISDN modem with a single voice
circuit for voice, secure voice or fax
over the HSD channel.
